I went to the creator's Discord, and received a response on 4/6/23 that I actually wrote down for myself, because I wanted to have the guidance on-hand of what was okay for me to do in CAS, and what not to do, while I play.

I am unsure if you are using the exact same mod as me, and I don't know if we are allowed to mention mods or creators by name here, so I will just say that I use the most popular of the More Traits mods. Hi actually had the same question that you did, as I use the More Traits mod.
